i can give you some tips - lemme know it helps (this is just out of experience bud)
Fist step -
stop thinking its tough - thats half the battle won - it can be done quickly or take time cause of complexities - but its not TOUGH

keep a little mental note or write down every day and two what you think worked and what did not - over time it will become a habit

about people - treat them not as someone working for or under you but with you - get them involved and take ideas and dont just shun ideas - have a solid argument...or accept that their idea is better - be humble

each person has certain skils....ask them what they are comfortable with - or you judge them - someone may love to talk - someone just owrk - and someone just think....let them be

hope this helps and you are right bud.....

down to OHIO - 10 straight in a row for Obama - and now you hold the finish line - hope the choice is clear :)

btw vacation was gud but am more tired after driving all over ;)

Arre managing people is the most painful thing in the world. The one lesson that's the most important I think is, give people respect. Even people who you don't like, don't disrespect them.
